FEMFIT SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer standard shipping across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 8 - 11 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping Not Available
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online.
Delays FemFit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@femfit.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
